Assessments

Initial phone consultations for assessments are provided at no charge and I will be happy to explain the assessment process and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
GENERAL PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
General psychological assessment includes a 90-minute Clinical Interview that will cover academic, interpersonal, family, medical and psychological history and a computerized test that assesses general emotional functioning, coping, and personality. Feedback based on the results of the assessment is provided face-to-face and via written report.

The fee for general psychological assessment is $1,000. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA card, cash, or mobile payment services (i.e., Zelle, Venmo). Payment by check is only accepted in-person at the time of the appointment.

You can submit documentation to most insurance panels for partial reimbursement for psychological assessment services rendered by an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a form for you to submit to your insurance carrier at the conclusion of the assessment.
COMPREHENSIVE COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT

Please note

I am currently unable to offer Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment services.
If you would like, please contact me, let me know the reason you are pursuing an assessment, and I can provide you with referral options.
Comprehensive cognitive assessment to diagnoses ADHD/LD and other learning issues are in-depth and take place over several extended sessions.

The first phase includes a 90-minute Clinical Interview that will cover academic, interpersonal, family, medical and psychological history and a computerized test that assesses general emotional functioning, coping, and personality.  This information is analyzed to determine whether further assessment is necessary.

The fee for the first phase of the comprehensive cognitive assessment is $1000. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA card, cash, or mobile payment services (i.e., Zelle, Venmo). Payment by check is only accepted in-person at the time of the appointment.

The second phase (when indicated) involves formal cognitive testing, which may include intellectual (IQ) assessment, additional emotional/personality assessment and the assessment of other cognitive functions such as attention, memory, executive functioning, reading, writing, mathematics, and other areas, depending on the conditions or symptoms being investigated.

Feedback based on the results of the assessment is provided face-to-face and via written report.

The fee for the second phase of the comprehensive cognitive assessment is $3,000. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA card, cash, or mobile payment services (i.e., Zelle, Venmo). Payment by check is only accepted in-person at the time of the appointment.
